State Of Body & Mind

State Of Body & Mind is a workshop run by Stay C Seedorf and Li-Anne van Groen who live in Amsterdam. 

We are very excited to say that they will be joining us at Peacock Farm this year to give you a little taster of their classes that take part all around the world.

They are very inspirational individuals and their classes are based on training you to have a healthy mind & body.

This is through meditation, mindfulness, diet, exercise and overall how to have a positive outlook on life.
